IPN is the shortened form for bar-shaped building elements or profiles with an inclined inner surface of flanges and dimensions under EN 10365; Their tolerances to the product are characterized by EN 10024: 1995. Because of the inclined flanges in favor of the assemble-friendly IPN series, the IPN series has lost significantly in importance. A profile of stainless steel can be or joined – then it is welded or bolted – or manufactured warmly – then it is hot rolled or extruded. A beam of stainless steel can be constructed by welding its single components together, or it can be hot rolled or extruded. The top and bottom horizontal part of the beam is termed as a flange. The middle vertical connecting part is called web. The following austenitic grades are mainly used for stainless steel structures under EN 10088-3: 1D: I.e., 1.4301 (304), 1.4307 (304L), 1.4401 (316), 1.4404 (316L) and 1.4571.

Marking and Packing

Products are packaged to ensure that there is no damage during transit. In case of exports, standard export packaging is done in wooden cases. All flanges are marked with Grade, Lot No, Size, Degree and our trade mark. On special requests we can also, make custom marking on our products.

Quality Assurance

At JF Engineering Products LLP, all fittings and flanges are subject to strict inspection at each stage of the production process, from starting material purchasing to product dispatch. They are visually examined for conformity to ASTM, ASME, MSS, DIN, EN, and JIS codes and standards. Upon request, official certified Inspection Agencies can be called in to witness the material reports, dimensions and quality conformity of products.

Delivery time and delivery dates are based on the "type and quantity" of steel ordered. Our sales team will provide a delivery schedule when quoting to you. On rare occasions the delivery schedule may change so please check with our sales department when placing any orders.

Orders will be sent out within 2-3 business days, and may take up to 5-10 business days in transit. If ANSI/ASME B16.9 Butt weld Pipe Cap is out of stock, orders may take up to 2-4 weeks to ship. JF Engineering Products LLP will notify buyer if this situation occurs..
